Permanently remove your Partiki account and associated data

Recommended: Delete Account In-App

The easiest and most secure way to delete your account is through the Partiki mobile app:

Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Open the Partiki app on your mobile device
  2. Tap on your profile or settings (usually in the bottom navigation)
  3. Navigate to SettingsPrivacy Settings
  4. Select "Delete My Account"
  5. Follow the prompts to review what data will be deleted
  6. Choose your reason for deletion and confirm
  7. Type "delete my account" to complete the process

The in-app deletion process ensures all your data across groups, events, messages, and media is properly removed.

Alternative: Email Support

If you cannot access your account or the app, you can request account deletion via email:

Email Requirements:

  • Send from your registered email address
  • Subject line: "Delete My Account"
  • Include your full name and phone number used for the account
  • Briefly explain why you cannot use the in-app deletion
  • Send to: support@partiki.com

Identity Verification Required

For security, we may require additional identity verification for email-based deletion requests.
